"I love the PSOR program because it is about so much more than music. Yes - the music is great and it's great fun too! My son has learned responsibility, loyalty, fairness and professionalism. He is responsible for knowing all his music and to his classmates. He has learned loyalty and fairness in that everyone gets a chance to play even if they're not as good as you, and all accomplishments no matter how small are cheered. He has learned to be professional about his love of music through all of the above. He has grown exponentially as a human being by mentoring younger and less experienced classmates. Hey, he sounds like a productive member of society...Rock & Roll!!!"
GRAD SCHOOL
Our Grad School program accommodates students of all levels over the age of 18. If you have music in your heart and want to learn how to play an instrument - OR if you know how to play and want to meet like-minded enthusiasts and expand your horizons - Grad School is for you! Our staff has the experience, talent, and expertise that is unsurpassed. They have prepared our "undergrad" students to play alongside Jon Anderson (Yes), Adrian Belew (King Crimson, Talking Heads), John Wetton (King Crimson, Asia), Ann Wilson (Heart), Alice Cooper, and Earl Slick (David Bowie) among others.
The Grad School Program includes a weekly private 45-minute private lesson and a weekly 90 minute group rehearsal. Our program director will guide the group through selected songs and prepare them for periodic live performances!
